Christmas Eve Salad Dressing

Here’s the recipe for the dressing for the infamous Christmas Eve Salad…

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 C. salad oil

Directions

Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour. Toss into salad just before serving.
